Our Sport Specific Training Program (SSTP) will dramatically improve your athletic performance. We focus on all aspects of sports performance (speed/power, agility/coordination, quickness and overall core strength).  The SSTP is perfect for any athlete looking to enhance their peak performance.

Sport Specific Training - 60 Minutes

    1. All scheduled sessions require a 24 hour cancellation or the client will be charged full value for the session.
    2. If the trainer cancels the session in less that 24 hours than the client will receive the next session FREE of charge.
  • All training sessions at the time of purchase are final.  There is NO REFUND on the packages or programs, unless authorized by the owner of REPS Personal Training, so be sure that you choose the correct program and/or session type.
