  • The (6) Personal Training session package allows you, the client, ample training time to reach many of your fitness goals, including but not limited to, increased metabolic energy, increased strength/lean body mass, loss of body fat, a stronger heart, increase blood flow circulation, lower blood pressure, stabilizing blood glucose levels, as well as an overall feeling of accomplishment.
