Hi -- REPS Personal Training is owned and operated by husband-wife David and Ernesta Polomie. Together we bring 40+ years of professional experience in personal training, functional fitness, yoga, pilates, HIIT, bootcamps, post-rehab, Nutrition for Functional and Whole Body Health. We strive to be the BEST in our field and to go above and beyond to each of our clients/members. We always give 100%. Our goal is to make every client/member of ours Healthier, Happier and Stronger.

We started REPS Personal Training because we wanted to offer so much more than just personal training. Additionally, we offer mental/wellness coaching, nutritional coaching, nutritional supplementation, online personal training, exercise prescriptions/programming and bootcamps. We are certified personal trainers with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and hold multiple national certifications with TRX, David Leadbetter Golf Academy, Les Mills, Gray Cook Functional Movement Screening (FMS), National Academy of Health & Fitness (NAHF), Reebok Core Training and SCW.
As fitness pros, we strive to stay current with our continuing education and with that to share our knowledge, expertise and passion in both fitness and nutrition. The fitness industry is constantly changing to adapt to our consumers needs, so we try to stay on top of the latest trends and research and to always be the best in our field.
Our belief has always been in finding the pleasurable side of fitness, and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the amount of fun and levels of energy you will experience will far exceed the discomfort.
