We will perform a baseline fitness assessment and consultation on your first session. This will ensure that we have a clear vision of what your short-term and long-term goals are and that we have a clear understanding on where you stand medically and what your exercise history looks like. In doing so, this will enable us to create the BEST possible and SAFEST program for you.
* Full sessions are 60 minutes in length.
** Half sessions are 30 minutes in length.

Sport Specific Training
Improve Athletic Performance
So let's start with what is Sport Specific Training? Simply, sport specific training is fitness and performance training designed for athletic performance enhancement. The main purpose is to stimulate a movement or exercise with the intent of it transferring directly to that sport.
With this type of training, we will focus on improving power, speed, quickness, agility, coordination, conditioning, injury prevention, endurance, balance and of course CORE strength.

Exercises will vary from compound to isolation exercises. We will utilize a variety of equipment from free weights to body weight to suspension training to kettlebells and more. Give us a call/text or email to book your next training session.

60-minute Partner Training
60-minute REPS Bootcamp Training Program
This is a great way to train and have fun while saving money. Training partners should expect to have similar goals when choosing this program. Each workout is completely customizable to fit the client's needs.
Sessions will be in home or on site of your location, whether it be your clubhouse or even your worksite, we got you covered and we bring the gym to you. Just bring your water and towel and you're ready for an awesome workout!

The REPS Bootcamp Training Program will get you in the best shape of your life and the fastest time. You'll be stronger, faster and quicker, you'll have an improved sense of balance as well as "cat-like" reflexes with agility and coordination.
This type of training will condition your body to prepare you for you any sport that you partake in. Whether it be football, baseball, tennis, soccer, basketball or golf you'll be a better athlete when participating in the REPS Bootcamp Training Program. If you don't play a sport...no worries... you will still reap all of the benefits that an athlete would.
