We will perform a baseline fitness assessment and consultation on your first session. This will ensure that we have a clear vision of what your short-term and long-term goals are and that we have a clear understanding on where you stand medically and what your exercise history looks like. In doing so, this will enable us to create the BEST possible and SAFEST program for you.
* Full sessions are 60 minutes in length.
** Half sessions are 30 minutes in length.

With this type of training, We will focus on building lean body mass while reducing body fat. Exercises will vary from compound to isolation exercises. We will utilize a variety of equipment from free weights to body weight to suspension training to kettlebells and more. Time to get that beach body going. 60-minute Partner Training
60-minute REPS Bootcamp Training Program
The REPS Bootcamp Training Program will get you in the best shape of your life and the fastest time. You'll be stronger, faster and quicker, you'll have an improved sense of balance as well as "cat-like" reflexes with agility and coordination.
This type of training will condition your body to prepare you for you any sport that you partake in. Whether it be football, baseball, tennis, soccer, basketball or golf you'll be a better athlete when participating in the REPS Bootcamp Training Program. If you don't play a sport...no worries... you will still reap all of the benefits that an athlete would.
