We will perform a baseline fitness assessment and consultation on your first session. This will ensure that we have a clear vision of what your short-term and long-term goals are and that we have a clear understanding on where you stand medically and what your exercise history looks like. In doing so, this will enable us to create the BEST possible and SAFEST program for you.
* Full sessions are 60 minutes in length.
** Half sessions are 30 minutes in length.

Each class will incorporate exercises to enhance your strength & power, speed & quickness, agility & coordination and balance & flexibility. This is a popular trend in the fitness world today. the busy client. With the Fitness Builder platform we will completely customize all of your workout needs and keep track of your the results and logs for both in-session and Remote Training.

from your App Store and create a login and you're ready to GO! We have the ability share your workouts with you through email. Each of your Remote Training sessions is also delivered as an interactive PDF along with videos.

A Leaner You
With this type of training, We will focus on building lean body mass while reducing body fat. Exercises will vary from compound to isolation exercises. We will utilize a variety of equipment from free weights to body weight to suspension training to kettlebells and more. Time to get that beach body going.
